I went to the Krkonoše Mountains, to the world-famous Janské Lázně, to try out the special stay with Molecular Hydrogen® that the spa has been offering since this year. For the health, vitality and beauty of their clients.
As part of the hydrogen stay, spa guests can indulge in various hydrogen therapies and treatments. And I tried them all! I enjoyed the beneficial effects of molecular hydrogen to the full...
Within the entire Janské Lázně complex I stayed at the Terra Hotel, where I was wonderfully looked after - it started with a nice breakfast overlooking the picturesque spa colonnade.
The first hydrogen treatment I had was a wrap and then relaxing massage enriched with molecular hydrogen. How did it go? The masseuse first showed me to a cosy room where she explained all the essentials, and then the real pleasure began: a warm peat wrap on my upper back area (for initial relaxation), followed by a massage enriched with molecular hydrogen. While I was enjoying the warm wrap, the masseuse prepared an emulsion in a wooden mortar, which she then combined with H2 FUSE molecular hydrogen powder from H2 WORLD HEALTH & BEAUTY COMPANY. After this massage, the body relaxed beautifully, the masseuse cleaned the back and the massage could continue with another, this time a little more intense kind of massage: the molecular hydrogen powder was combined with a special massage oil, which combined with the hydrogen powder to form tiny lumps, and so the second massage was also a peeling. This left my body not only relaxed but also cleansed.
After the massage, the head of rehabilitation took charge of me and led me to a room reserved for relaxing inhalation therapy. She settled me into a comfortable chair, explained how molecular hydrogen inhalation works and what its beneficial effects are. While explaining, she prepared a pitcher of water enriched with molecular hydrogen, thanks to the hydrogen inhaler, which is also a generator, which the machine produced in a moment. Afterwards, an inhalation tube was placed near my nose, with the help of which I could try deep inhalation of molecular hydrogen. The inhalation therapy also includes a drinking treatment for an even more intense effect.
A refreshing hydrogen bath awaited me at the end of the 'big hydrogen trinity'. The kind and professional staff of Janské Lázně prepared a special bath with warm water for me. I immersed myself in it, and of course there were also jets creating my favourite bubbles. After settling down in the tub, the lady from the staff started to gradually put tablets into the water, which during dissolving released molecular hydrogen into the water. And then it was relaxation's turn to let the molecular hydrogen do what it can do, and that it can!
After the days spent in Janské Lázně and the unspoilt Krkonoše nature around it, I felt like I had been reborn. Thank you to Janske Lazne for the opportunity to try out their hydrogen innovations ... and we certainly won't see the last of you!
