Everyone wants to have free Fridays, but not everyone gets it. A key decision was made by the CEO of the first Czech hydrogen company H2 Global Group, David Maršálek, who gave his employees this unique advantage.
How did you come up with this idea?
As they say, a happy employee is half the success. For us, our employees are more like partners, colleagues who play a very important role in building the company. Since they are on the front line and interact with our customers, we want them to be relaxed, balanced and calm, and an extra day off helps them do just that. When you consider how short the weekend is and how little you always get done, that decision is spot on. I believe that every modern-minded company could go in this direction.
Do you have any other special benefits for your employees?
Yes, all of our colleagues use our hydrogen products and devices, which are available to them free of charge from us. At our company, everyone's health comes first. We set an example for others and try to show other companies how to take good care of their employees' health, especially in these difficult times. That's why we recently introduced the nationwide project "Hydrogen to the companies for the health of your employees", and we were amazed at how much interest we are getting.
Can you tell us more about it?
We've found that more and more companies are addressing how to boost health, immunity and performance in their workplace. And to reduce injuries or eliminate fatigue and mental stress. We can solve all this with our unique Hydrogen to Business programme.
It must be a pleasure to work in such conditions. What do your colleagues say?
Their results speak for them. We are the first Czech hydrogen start-up and it helps us a lot in our development. We manage to implement our unique hydrogen ideas very dynamically, and we get more colleagues to join our team thanks to the recommendations of our existing employees. As we develop more and more new unique hydrogen projects, we need more team players to join the team.
What kind of projects are these?
The H2 Global Group includes several subsidiaries, each of which is involved in a specific area. We are a world leader and pioneer in hydrogen technology not only in the healthcare sector, but also in the spa, wellness, cosmetics, food, agriculture and animal husbandry sectors. We develop unique hydrogen devices, products and services that can be used not only in homes, businesses, private clinics, but also in spas or at work. Hydrogen has a huge positive effect on the physical and mental health of humans and animals alike.
What other people are you looking for to join your dynamically growing hydrogen team?
People from different fields will find employment with us. The important thing is that they are passionate about this emerging hydrogen trend. In the first place, they are skilled salespeople, but we will also open up opportunities for marketing and technical positions. We have timeless visions and big plans, so we need only those on our team who have the desire and interest to change our world for the better with us.
