It’s shaped like a water droplet. To reflect its unique hydrogen power supply. It’s designed like a body of athlete ready to sprint.

One and only of its kind, Matador hydrogen supercar MH2, was six months on display as a major attraction in the Slovak “Movement of the Future” mobility pavilion, Dubai EXPO (World exhibition 2021-2022).

Má tvar kapky vody. Odráží tak svůj jedinečný vodíkový zdroj energie. Je navržen jako tělo sportovce připraveného ke sprintu.

Created in partnership between Slovakia’s automotive industry leader the Matador Group, and the TUKE – Technical University Košice, concept MH2 impress first by its look.

It is designed by one of the world’s top car designers, Slovak born Branislav Maukš. A man behind many cars and concepts from the Pinninfarina studio, including Ferrari California or famous “one off” golden Ferrari 599 Aperta.

Mr. Maukš, with his Aufeer design team, proves that the green future cars, with possibly zero emissions as the hydrogen ones, could be as sleek and attractive in its look as the supercars with combustion, hybrid, or electric engines.

The Matador MH2 is powered by a unique hydrogen propulsion system developed by Slovak University TUKE. With impressive numbers too: 600 horsepower, a top speed of 250 km/h, and a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.9 seconds, all with zero emissions.

Nulové emise, ekologický pohon v kombinaci se vzhledem superauta a konkurenceschopným výkonem.

You can fill its tanks with hydrogen almost as quickly as a normal stop for gas. And hydrogen fuel source solves many problems associated with EVs or fossil fuel-powered vehicles.

Zero emissions, green drivetrain combined with supercar look and competitive performance. It is like a combination of Greta Thunberg and Supercar Blondie in one.

Hydrogen powered concept MH2 is a small, but important step to the future of the automotive world. What seems to be unique today, will be one day reality.

And it can look damm good.
