H2 Global Group is taking a significant step in its development. At the end of 2024, it will leave the premises of the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre (MSIC) Ostrava and move to a newly purchased building in Ostrava-Mariánské Hory. This move will allow the company to adapt the new premises to the specific needs of its employees and technical facilities.
"Our company started as a start-up and for such, MSIC's conditions are absolutely amazing. We are very happy to be here. We would like to publicly thank them," says the company's CEO Viktória Procházková.
There are several reasons for the move, according to Martin Frais, director of the Molecular HydroGEN Investment Group subsidiary. "Our company needs specifically adapted premises - we have research and development, a call centre, a showroom or perhaps also office space for marketing, sales or a newspaper office. And we also need space for a portable warehouse."
Another equally important reason was management efficiency. "We are always very careful about how we use our investors' funds. By doing so, we will reduce costs, as commercial space rents continue to rise, and at the same time increase the tangible assets of our company."
A pleasant benefit is the excellent accessibility to public transport and ample parking spaces. This will bring greater convenience and accessibility to the company's employees and visitors.
Adaptation of the new premises
The company has purchased a building in Ostrava-Mariánské Hory, which it will now begin to adapt to its needs. By the end of the year, all parts of the company - the research part of H2 Medical Technologies and H2 Pharm, the sales part of H2 World Health & Beauty including the showroom, as well as investors from H2 Investment and the editorial office of the H2 Times newspaper - should move in.
"The new premises support our dynamic growth and development of the company in synergy with all our entities. They meet the current and future needs of our employees in a more efficient combination of technical and office positions," Procházková adds.
H2 Global Group, a leader in hydrogen technology, is significantly increasing its physical assets with the purchase of the new building and will complement its existing self-storage facilities. With the new premises, the company will be able to develop and test its products even better and provide quality services to its clients and partners.
